Your tasks

• You advise customers on the technical architecture of new or existing business applications, also with regard to performance optimisations and security issues
• You are the technical lead and responsible for software development projects of all sizes and are the direct contact for selected technological specialties (e.g. graph db)
• You have experience with working with one of the cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS)
• You understand the methodology used in projects and have leadership skills in order to evangelise best practises for the customer and the team
• You have full stack experience (e.g. Java, .net, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka) and you develop integrated customer-specific solutions
• You accompany projects and customers from the pre-sales phase by presenting concepts and solutions to implementation and independent consulting
• You take responsibility for your area of responsibility, team colleagues, enjoy mentoring colleagues and want to play a significant role in defining the culture of PRODYNA

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science or several years of professional experience in software development as well as technical leadership of project teams
• You have in-depth technological knowledge in the development of enterprise and business applications (also in the cloud environment)
• You have a constant willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
• You are a strong communicator, self-confident "hands-on" personality, networker and multiplier
