A few words about you working with us

We are about to expand our team in SKG & ATH! We are looking for a skilled developer to join our team, which consistently raises the bar on innovation, customer experience and technical services. You are NOT a “ninja”, “macho” or “rockstar” developer.

What you will be working on

You will be working mainly on external client projects. Take a look here: https://www.prodyna.com/en/customers. The tech stack will be Spring Boot, Java EE, React, Angular.

Your daily tasks

• Develop software solutions based on Java and Open-Source technologies (e.g. Spring Boot, JavaEE, React, Angular).
• Analyze and evaluate technical requirements.
• Work closely in cross-functional teams with agile methodologies.
• Preserve and optimize the quality of our applications while proactively ensure the highest level of quality standards in the solutions provided to our customers.
• Train and advise customers in technologies, methods, and processes.

Schedule

This is a full time 40-hour per week role. We expect you to be available on a daily basis, during operation hours (10:00 to 18:00)

Location

This job follows the hybrid model. Feel free to organize your weekly programme &choose your days in the office.

Requirements Experience

We expect you to perform and take initiative based on your professional experience.

Skills

• Three (3) years of professional experience in software engineering in Java technologies and/or knowledge of OOP programming language
• Basic knowledge of databases (both SQL and NoSQL)
• You are self-motivated and self-managed. You can take initiative on what to work on a given day from a pool of available tasks with clear priorities. If you are blocked by an external issue, you communicate the situation and then work on the next available task.
• Strong communicative skills so you can clearly and professionally express your thoughts, concerns, and feedback both verbally and in writing (English/Greek). You can communicate both within the company and to external stakeholders, like clients or open-source contributors.
