Your tasks 

• You develop and optimize user-centric concepts such as user flows, wireframes and service blueprints to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• You work closely with clients, designers and developers to implement user-centered solutions and continuously develop the UX strategy.

• You conduct user testing to gain insights into the needs and behaviors of the target group.

• You create interactive prototypes to make ideas tangible, gather feedback and convince customers and stakeholders.

• You optimize existing digital products and services by analyzing user data and feedback.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in UX design and sound knowledge of creating concepts and prototypes.

• You have strong analytical skills and are able to translate complex processes into feasible design solutions.

• You are experienced in the use of UX tools such as Figma, Miro, and you also have experience in usability tests and user research.

• You have strong communication skills and can work effectively with both clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Your language skills are fluent in German and good in English.

• You are enthusiastic about current UX trends and innovative technologies such as AI and enjoy integrating them into your work
