Team spirit, high performance and common goals are the best requirements to be successful in Sim Racing. Jan from the "PRODYNA eRacing" team also knows this. His goal: "To move along the personal limit without making mistakes and to offer our sponsors as much "airtime" as possible on the streams."

As a consulting company and innovative service provider within the IT environment, PRODYNA has supported companies in the digitalization of their processes for almost 20 years. With about 400 employees PRODYNA is currently represented at 15 locations in cities like Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, London, Zurich or Amsterdam. Example projects of PRODYNA are the construction of an e-banking system for a customer within the financial industry or the software development for an airline to brief pilots.
Motivation
PRODYNA also strives to use unconventional ways to gain a head start in customer business as well as in employee recruitment. The company has a long tradition in supporting sports, athletes and sports clubs. Team spirit and competition are also important for our employees' events. In addition to these parallels, Sim Racing is a meeting point for many technology-loving people. This combination makes it particularly interesting for PRODYNA to become known in the Sim Racing scene in general and as a potential employer in particular. With the support of Jan Fecker, Sascha Landgraf, Lennart Kaiser and Florian Mihm, PRODYNA has already found the best ambassadors.
Team name
The founding members Jan, Sascha and Lennart met in their former team "1ROW Simsport". When their team separated, all three knew that they are harmonizing very well together on and off the track and a new team name had to be found. During their research they stumbled upon the magical animal images of Ingela Arrhenius and "ZOO Drive" was born. Their participation in the largest German speaking leagues, the striking racing untypical design and their respectful appearance turned the team into a brand. By completing the lineup with Florian Mihm and supported by PRODYNA, the "PRODYNA eRacing" team is looking forward to a successful future!
